Prior to working as a Professional Organizer, Renée spent almost ten years in advertising and marketing, taking a short break to
receive her MBA from UCLA. Despite the allure of photo shoots and TV production, Renée’s favorite part of advertising was
actually the organizational challenge of turning mounds of client input into actionable strategies for effective advertising and
marketing campaigns. All while maintaining day-to-day project management of hundreds of ad production jobs across multiple
clients. Using that unique simultaneous macro and micro perspective, Renée helps clients envision ideal organizational systems
that will make their lives easier, and takes all necessary steps to make these ideas a living reality. And she continues to enjoy
the creative outlet of designing a new space, not so different from the creative outlet of ad design.
Renée’s organizational skills are also the reason Renée successfully works, raises three small children and volunteers on
multiple boards and committees within her community, while continually maintaining a house that looks like she spends all day
organizing herself instead of her clients.
Renée is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the Georgia chapter of NAPO.
They say you should do what you love. It just so happens that Renée Kutner loves
doing something many people find daunting, and even dreadful: organizing. So she
founded Peace by Piece Organizing to bring order to chaos, and peace to our
otherwise hectic lives.
Ask anyone who’s crossed Renée’s professional path and they’ll tell you no one
they know could get so much done with so little on their desk. It became a trademark
of sorts — so much so that starting early in her career, years before envisioning the
formation of Peace by Piece Organizing, Renée was conducting workshops for
peers and supervisors alike on efficient time and project management.
